1) INDEMNITY: By ticking the box below I agree to the terms and conditions of entering the Ben 10 Eco-Challenge. I understand that by driving, riding, walking or running the passes included in this challenge, that I expose my myself to several dangers, many of which could be life threatening. The nature of off-road routes are subject to severe weather, hail, electrical storms, rock-falls, strong winds, snow and ice and that I understand that I need to be completely self-sufficient in terms of my personal well being and safety, my vehicle as well as those of my passengers (if applicable). I will not hold Mountain Passes South Africa, it's members/directors, nor any of the sponsors involved in this challenge, legally liable in any form, should I, or my vehicle, or passengers come to any harm, including physical harm or death. I am an experienced driver/rider/walker/runner/cyclist and am conversant and familiar with the inherent dangers that these ten passes could expose me to.
